Twenty-Seven Degrees Bed & Breakfast is housed in an ancient building, dated back to the early 20th century, that preserves its original structure and it is equipped with a splendid terrace. A place where tradition and modernity are combined to create a unique and welcoming environment. It offers a relaxed and family atmosphere, having only six rooms.

Our Terrace and the Kitchen
The 60 square meter terrace is the most welcoming space of the Twenty-Seven Degrees Bed & Breakfast. It is decorated with plants, flowers, tables, chairs and a comfortable sofa. It is an open space of the B&B where our guests can enjoy the breakfast offered every morning, spend their free time, organize their next excursion on the island or just enjoy the warm tropical sun. The terrace has also a kitchen perfect for preparing small meals: guests have at their disposal a fridge, a microwave, a water kettle and a cooker with two burners.
Our Living Room
The living room is a pleasant and comfortable space equipped with a television and a library with useful information about the city of Las Palmas, tourist guides and books to read or to be exchanged.
Our Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 9 to 11 am during the months of October to April. Our guests can enjoy fresh and seasonal products on our splendid rooftop. During the months of May to September, guests can have breakfast at "La Sereta," a small and cozy café near our accommodation, at an additional cost of €6 per person.
Additional Services
Airport transfer
Reserve our transfer service, our driver will wait for you at the airport and will take you to the Bed & Breakfast. Price: 35€ up to 4 people.
Parking
For those traveling by car, the B&B offers a pay parking lot located in the same street of the accommodation just a few meters from our building: Parking “La Flor Isleña” (tel: +34 928246788) calle Pi y Margall n.4, open 24H. The price for our customers is € 12 per day.
Print service
We can print your documents and / or boarding passes in A4 format in black and white or colors.
Laundry Service
On request, available for our guests from 9 am to 2 pm: washer and dryer at a cost of € 5 each. Detergent and softener are included.
Location
The Twenty-Seven Degrees Bed & Breakfast is located in the center of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in the “Barrio de Las Alcaravaneras”, full of small restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops. It is situated near the pedestrian area of the “Mercado Central” and “La Avenida Mesa y Lopez”, which is one of the most modern shopping streets of the city.
Its privileged location allows you to reach the main attractions of the city on foot: the two main city beaches (Playa de Las Alcaravaneras y de Las Canteras) are just a few minutes walking or cycling.
How to get to the Twenty-Seven Degrees Bed & Breakfast
The B&B is easily reachable from the airport by car as in Guagua (bus), so that you can save your time having several options to move around the city.
By bus:
There is an Express bus service from the airport to Santa Catalina station in Las Palmas (about € 3 per person). The closest stop to the Bed & Breakfast is “Club Nautico”.
From the bus stop you have to walk for about ten minutes along calle Pi y Margall towards “Paseo Chill” up to n.45, where our building is located.
